I was disappointed with the service during my stay. The valet, bell, and hospitality services fell short of expectations. The bathroom fixtures, including the mirror, were not well-maintained, and the tub appeared dirty. Additionally, the hotel lacked essential amenities like breakfast, a microwave, and a mini-fridge in the rooms. The hotel's amenities were insufficient, and the service was poor. The room's condition, particularly the bathroom, needed improvement. Overall, the quality was subpar.

The hotel was great. I didn't realize I picked a room without a refrigerator. When I inquired about an upgrade upon checking in, the staff quickly found me a new room and I paid the difference in price. Also, before I could report a clogged sink, the cleaning staff cleared it. The room was nice and the hotel is within walking distance to just about everything in the French Quarter. I hate that I didn't catch her name but the lady at Front Desk was charming and very helpful with all out questions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for an economical stay that's far enough away from the noise but close enough to quickly get anywhere in the French Quarter!

Elevators were slow, housekeeping staff use the same elevators as guests making for very cramped and busy elevators in the morning. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Personally I didn’t find the beds comfortable.

The hotel was a 3 star hotel. However, it was clean. My housekeeper Reyna was wonderful I do give her 5 stars. The extra fees you pay for are that included a restaurant, water bottle, and other things are pointless especially if you don't use them. It's like forcing someone to take something they don't want and still having to pay for it. I booked through expedia which gives the option to cancel the room a couple days before the booking. However, this hotel will charge you 7 days in advance. My thing is why do expedia have that as an option if thia hotel is doing that. I wouldn't book here again for those reasons.
