When arriving I was greeted very welcoming by both the valet the front desk. The hotel gave us discounts on the restaurant next-door. The food was very good as well as the convenience of the hotel we were able to walk everywhere.

Great location and clean. But there is a $40 fee for parking which no one tells you until you have already parked in their parking lot, checked in and charged for it. Public parking go for $27 a day and you can come in out as much as you want daily. We had no hot water while our stay they came twice to fix it but no hot water. We’re told we where at the end of the corridor and it would take time for the hot water to get to us. After running the water for 20 minutes or so, and still there was no hot water. Their staff were very respectful, but not very friendly. There is a police car with their lights on parked across the lobby front door all the time. There are bums and people selling drugs outside the front door. Didn’t feel safe at all walking in and out of hotel. We will not be staying in this hotel again. Very disappointed cause this hotel has a great location, and it’s very clean inside. They should do something to make it more safe coming in and out of the front lobby doors.

My room had a bathroom mirror that was completely peeling, no fridge or microwave, the lighting was poor, the television kept losing signal and was unable to connect to Wi-Fi or screen share, the hotel needs renovations, but location and staff were excellent
