The only thing is not allowing late check out on weekends. Thank you for holding our bags, but to have someone check out at 11am and their flight is later that night, prorated hours should be allowed.

Hotel was perfect . Staff was pleasant and helpful . Location was ideal , close to French Quarter . Room was clean , kept up and a/c worked great . Water filing station in hotel was an added bonus , no water bottles being lugged back to the hotel . Will stay again in the future .

The front desk in the managers weren’t that friendly they were just being very robotic even when I spoke to the man in the suit about the extra charges The location was fabulous though but to charge and then give you $15 gift certificate to Mr. Ed’s I’m New Orleans I don’t wanna eat at the hotel restaurant. And I did live there for 10 years so I know better places to go

Professional Staff

Excellent service and convenient location. Bell boy helps load bags and looks for your Uber so that you don’t have to step into the busy narrow street. Restaurant next door was very good and we also appreciated the convenience of that.
