The property is in an industrial area so it is a bit noisy. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, after a long period of overnight travel when i checked in at noon, I was surprised to be hit with a $50 "early check in" fee.

We had a good stay. Parking was limited so we chose to Uber. The ice machine was out of service on my floor. They were drying the hallway carpets with loud blower fans too. That went on until around 10 PM. Could have been better.

This was a newer hotel and clean. It was not far from the airport and the hotel provided transportation to and from the airport. Since it was newer, the room had plenty of plug ins for devices. It had a large tv. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a very large bathroom. The sink and toilet/tub/shower were in the same room. It had large towels. There was not daily room cleaning so our trash accumulated, though we were only there for 2 nights. We had to return our dirty towels and receive clean ones. The biggest disadvantage was that most of the time that we were there, we heard airplanes taking off. The sound was very loud at times. There weren’t as many flights the later at night that it got, though, and as time went on, we got used to the sound, and we wanted a hotel that would transport us to/from the airport.

They were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle came promptly to get us. We arrived at the hotel early and they kept our bags so we could go walking about and come back. Room was great clean and comfortable

Perfect place to stay in preparation or landing from LaGuardia as it is close and the shuttle was convenient. There is a small shuttle, so sign up early for your desired time as it fills quickly. Breakfast was good. Room was nothing to write home about...pretty run-of-the-mill. Neighborhood seemed sketchy, but it was quiet and a bus stop just outside the property.

Overall the hotel was fine. I liked that they have a few onsite free parking spots. It’s in a very industrial neighborhood. A bit of a walk to get to restaurants. We stayed here for a baseball game and felt pretty safe to walk to and from Citi Field to avoid waiting for a ride share. The property itself is a tad outdated. Nothing major but the room smelled a little off and the aircon unit was VERY loud. Hotel was quiet otherwise. I think they were having an HVAC problem in the lobby because it was quite warm. Breakfast was free and yummy. One additional waffle maker would have been nice. The important things are that it was clean, the staff were nice and the bed was comfortable.

The guy at the front desk was abrupt. He checked me in but did not give me the keys. He started chatting with another random guy.He said “ you can go”. I had to remind him about my keys. He gave a mean look and almost threw the keys at me and said “here it is.” Never apologized. I got a basement room. I asked if I can get a room in the upper level. He did not even check. He said abruptly “ no, we are booked up” it’s not worth spending 180 dollars on this hotel.
