Great location 2 blocks from Penn Station and 8 blocks from Times Square. The staff is lovely, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, especially our room. Also, it was fairly quiet for such a busy area of NYC. Breakfast was ok, but options are a little limited. We would definitely stay here again though.

We stayed here to be close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice staff, everything in walking distance. Lots of food options. Very good included breakfast buffet. Would absolutely return.

We arrived early before room was ready. Friendly staff helped check in luggage and made our day in New York tour much easier. They even offered us the buffet breakfast which was appreciated. Bed is comfortable!
