Lovely hotel and gorgeous room for breakfast. Paid for harbor facing room but the condos across the way kept on the 1st floor garage lighting all night so had to close the blinds .

Nice!

Outstanding room with a small balcony, looking at the harbor corner room had views of the two sides of harbor had a ladder up to a second floor with another queen bed, which we did not use only drawback. You do have to walk up one to two flights of stairs to get to the room no elevator.

The Amazing Harborside Inn!

Our stay could not have been better. The staff was super friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived until we checked out. From home made cookies and tea/coffee available from early afternoon onwards to the continental breakfast, the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to use it whenever we visit Newport!

Ken from the front desk was great, he helped carry our luggage to our room, the hotel has a great location, it’s close walking distance to shops and restaurants.

No baseboard heat. It was cold and I felt $75 was insufficient compensation for 3 very cold nights. Staff tried to help to the extent they could. Great location in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay there again provided it was in-season.

Great view but very noisy location

The hotel and room were beautiful but the noise was terrible. We did not know there was a bar on the street directly below our room. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep until the bar closed around 1 am both nights we stayed. It is a shame but we would not stay here again because of this.

Harborside Inn

We have been coming to Newport for over 30 years. The Harborside Inn is our favorite place to stay by far!! Now with the renovations it is even more beautiful. The staff could not be more accommodating. We look forward to coming back.

My wife and I came for a bucket list visit. The inn was cozy, convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we had a beautiful harbor view. There are bigger rooms, more luxurious hotels, but it was perfect for us. Stairs are the only drawback, but staff was helpful and friendly across the board.
