The receptionist was very rude, gave us a terrible room, which was not that clean. We were looking for some cash change and dint help us with that. The housekeeping woke us up by knocking on door at 9 am asking if we want towels. And when i told them you woke us up, she said its my duty to ask. Our room didn’t get cleaned even once in two nights

The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful... room was clean, bed comfortable... we had the premium room, that overlooked the Canadian skyline, they had fireworks which we could see right from our bed.the hotel was within walking distance yo shops, restaurants, state park to see the falls and casino. We would stay there again.

Enough good place. Clean room. Fast check in and out. The room A/C filter ... terrible 😱. It looked like a blanket. Totally dirty The restaurant needs to offer better options. I didn't find anything good to eat at dinner time. I had to go out, to Rainforest Cafe, in a near hotel ☹️. That one was really good 👍

Don’t book here!! Find somewhere else!

Would not book here again. The front desk clerk was RUDE and laughed in my face when I asked why there was a fee for parking after I already paid a fee for the room. He laughed and said I should have read the fine print better! At over $300 a night, paying an extra $21.25 to park PER night is outrageous!! The elevator floor was broke and peeling up from the previous floor. Wires were hanging down from the elevator ceiling and what was left of the floor was sticky. Super disappointed in the hotel for a holiday inn! Will be staying elsewhere when we return next year.

Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Staff was great! Rooms were clean, and perfect! Needs some renovations to the bathroom but I did see some signs up that they were doing renovations in parts of the hotel! Pool was warm! Dinner at anchor bar was great! And kids eat free under 12 if accompanied by an adult buying their own dinner! Breakfast at anchor bar same way, but I will say they should stick to cooking their wings which is what they are good at! Breakfast there was not for us, but could just be understaffed or what not! Would definitely return tho as it’s exactly where we needed to be to walk to everything! Niagara Falls, the arcade room (which is NOT on site but around the corner) the casino is walking distance too! Good part of the area too!
