The first room was floor level and dirty. Then they overcharged me to switch rooms. Zero hot water in the morning the women at the front desk was rude and condescending

The outside hot tub was not hot, the indoor one was TOO hot. Staff was friendly-ish. No signs showing what the process was for breakfast, server didn't know that boneless wings (which were on the menu) were the same as chicken tenders, but insisted they didn't have boneless wings, but DID have chicken tenders... whatever, but between that and getting yelled at for not pre-paying for breakfast when there was NO indication what the process was, I did not enjoy the restaurant at all. And the Chicken Tenders were gross

The place was okay, we’ve stayed there before and it was great but it’s gone downhill a bit… Its very walkable to the ocean, restaurants, downtown etc, but here’s where it fell short… Both Sunday and Monday mornings we could not take hot showers. There were 8 of us staying in 3 rooms and we all experienced this issue. Not exactly a great start to the morning… • The outdoor hot tub was amazing Friday night! But then Saturday it broke (which is outside anybody’s control) but nevertheless this was a big blow to our group. • On Sunday morning, your breakfast supplies ran short and by the time we came over for breakfast, we were told that they were out of breakfast. They up charge you $8 for the powdered eggs too, which for the price they charge should probably be included… The icing on the cake is that my girlfriend left her coat behind in the room and they could not care less, it’s basically gone. Would have been nice for them to at least offer to ship it back. She called and they directed her to a website. No word on that yet.. it wasn’t that bad of a stay really but the little things add up and I’m not sure I’ll be back

I booked a luxury Suite 2 months in advance through Expedia and when we arrived at the property, I was told the room category was sold out. I did not have a room and had driven four hours. They tried to get us a room at a sister property, which was like staying at a motel six. I chose this property for its amenities and they tried to put us in a place with none. The staff did not really help address our concerns and I would definitely not go back there again. Also, the facility is very large and nothing is labeled. It is very easy to get lost.

Owners should really change out the carpet. I wore my socks in the room and they were pretty much black which is pretty nasty the carpet looks to be original & is greasy. Also check in wasn't warm & welcoming as nothing was explained to us where anything was at maybe that's just a southern hospitality thing as we're from the south. Maybe up north isn't like that, however we figured it all out by just walking around. We loved how convenient this place is and all the amenities, truly great for families! : ) It was a good stay.

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to visit Ogunquit. We were fortunate enough to grab a reservation at The Meadowmere and our stay did not disappoint! Our room had a king size bed and was in the main resort building. Although we arrived 3 hours ahead of check-in, the room was ready. It was clean and spacious. The property has both indoor and outdoor pools as well as indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We used both the outdoor pool and tub and it was wonderful! The location of the resort was great! We parked our car and didn’t use it again until we decided to day trip to Portland. The village is a short walk away where you can find shops, restaurants and the pathway down to the beach. Don’t miss the entrance to the Marginal Way! We walked it our first morning to Perkins Cove, had a great breakfast, and walked back! Speaking of breakfast, we ate twice at the resorts pub, opting for breakfast. It is similar to a chain resorts complimentary breakfast but that was fine by me! Coffee and hot water are also available all day long off the lobby for your afternoon pick me up! There is also a microwave for guest use. We had a wonderful time in Ogunquit and I would highly recommend The Meadowmere to couples and families looking to visit Southern Maine!
