I understand this may have been an off-season period for your company; however, we did find the room to be in an unsatisfactory condition. For example, there were leftover items such as a tissue on the floor and a dental pick near the table. Additionally, the floor needed sweeping, and there were visible spills on the walls that required cleaning. We wanted to bring this to your attention for future reference. Thank you for looking into this.

Great stay! Comfortable bed and pillows, clean kitchen area, spacious room! Easily walkable to restaurants and beaches for us. Only negative was a strange stain on bathroom ceiling like someone had splashed coffee, and the floor was dirty in places with fine grit/sand. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The room was dated, with some rushed attempts at updating the room. The furnishings were brand new and the bed was very comfortable. It would be an amazing property if someone put more effort into giving the rooms a true renovation

This property was in a great location. The one king bedroom with kitchenette and full size fridge was spacious. The only true downfall was the super dirty floors. There was no door mat so obviously there was no way to wipe off dirty shoes at the door. Basically with a resort located next to a sandy waterway and parking spaces right in front of the room door, everyone comes in with dirty shoes. The floors weren’t openly dirty but they were gummy and obviously not mopped, only swept. My socks were so stained. The room price was great for an off season price. We stayed on Oct. 23rd. The free breakfast was plentiful. The staff were efficient but not especially friendly. I would stay here again but just keep my shoes on constantly.
