The area is crawling with homeless. We didn’t even get out of the pick up. There were iron gates around the place. I’m sure the inside was nice but I had two little girls with me and I wasn’t going to risk it. We booked another hotel.

I didn’t like how the employee at the front desk was really rude to my family and other guest. I don’t like how it’s a fence around the hotel like ur in jail.

Terrible hotel

There was not a comforter on one of the beds and only three pillows. Was told house keeping would be made aware. Came back from our outing and housekeeping didn’t even visit our room. Only two towels in the room for a family of four. Had to ask at the lobby for the comforter and towels. Went to the pool and it smelled like mold! Breakfast was minimal, no eggs, juice machine was broke and another person said it had been broken for days. Bacon was not fully cooked, went to ask for butter for the waffle, lady was going to scoop some out of a Country Crock container, syrup was empty. Terrible experience and would not recommend!!

This was NOT an 8.8 rated hotel!!! It was dirty there was trash and used needles in the parking lot, 1 towel per room and everytime we asked for more they always gave the excuse they were in the dryer 3 days in a row, 2-3 times we asked in a day. There was a weird drop cloth I the bathroom nails poking up from the carpet by the bathroom.. they front staff was arrogant and rude!! DO Not stay here
