This villa contains a Pack 'n Play and a highchair, perfect for vacationers with children. The large and well-equipped kitchen has all the major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Three large televisions with cable channels mean different groups can stretch out in the spacious living area and the main bedroom to enjoy diverse programming simultaneously.

Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, plenty of local dining and shopping options are nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants, along with daily and nightly entertainment. The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice-cold drinks and signature burgers and fries. The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items, from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
