I-drive disaster

The hotel needs major repairs. My room had multiple things wrong from warped floors, missing screens blind for window and are room faced I-drive and it was loud all night long. The ice machine did not work on our floor and the soda machine all bottles were frozen.

I-Drive on a BUDGET!

My trip to Avanti was mostly great! My room wasn't ready at 4, and there was some noise from the next room in the morning, but that could happen anywhere. Everyone was super nice, the food and coffee were awesome, and the location? Best part! Still a fantastic deal for the price.

I made the reservation through Expedia with advance payment and at the time of check-in they made extra charges. They explained that it was for the parking and the pool that all hotels have included in the price. I was never charged extra for these reasons.

The hotel is in a good location walkable to many places and reasonable price. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is outdated an my room was dirty. Bathroom tub not clean properly, shower curtin had mildew, shower slow drain, sink faucet leaking, sink was dirty, floor was lifted in some areas tripping hazard, floor was dirty. Door needed to be slammed to closed properly. I mention it to front desk I was told thats all I have ready for your room type.
