Property was nice rooms fairly clean but rooms could use an upgrade. The bathroom was clean but had stains in the tub shower from age and use. The cleaning products used were very strong smelling but room overall was nice and clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable but if you’re just staying a night or two it was fine. We would stay again. Close stay to universal and icon park. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Pool area was fun and very nice. We like the atmosphere. Again overall very pleasant to stay.

It was very good. Thanks to the front desk person. She gave us all the special accommodations we requested in advance. The toilet paper had a lot of shreds.

The resort is very nice, and the pool area is great. I'd requested a 1st floor room and ended up on the second floor. Maybe I travel with too much stuff, but it was hard to get it all up to the second floor. I couldn't find a cart to use anywhere. Maybe they need to purchase more carts? The resort is in walking distance of ICON park and other restaurants/shops.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times before so we know it’s usually excellent for us. The rooms are spotless & the staff are always very pleasant & courteous. This time however the smell of weed could be found everywhere, including some guy lighting up around the pool area while full of kids, that’s not good.

We stayed for 3 Days…only because I prepaid through this app. The hotel looks much nicer online. We were placed in a ground floor room facing the parking lot. It was noisy all night, car alarms going off, we could hear car doors shutting constantly. The room smelled moldy, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the beds were not comfortable. I am very disappointed in everything except the pool and the vibes with the DJ. It was my birthday so I just tried to enjoy the stay.
