Hotel is convenient to get to and from Disney parks. The only “down” side is the unexpected fees. If you bring your own car it’s $30 a day for parking. We were also charged $50 a day for a resort fee. On Expedia it states it’s only supposed to be $90. Still enjoyed the stay, just wish the fees were explained at check in. Front desk clerk just asked for a card for “incidentals.” They were a little behind with check ins, so maybe that’s why.

I’ve stayed here before, before they remodeled. Loved it then. And love it now. The staff was very friendly. Ryan was the one who checked me in. Although the manager there wasn’t as friendly and was kind of rude. But otherwise everyone was so great. Rooms clean and nice. Beds were so comfy! And I love that it was near the resort and had transportation.

The property was nice and clean, and it was conveniently within walking distance of Disney Springs. However, we encountered several issues with room service. We called four times to request sheets for the sofa in our suite, but they finally arrived at midnight, despite our first call being made around eight in the evening. While the restaurant's food was good, the service left much to be desired.

Better options down the street

Property is total chaos , no ice machine on the wing we stayed in? We were half a mile from front desk and told to get ice from gift shop, not a bag . One cup at a time? The food was awful . Service was slow and grumpy. I would not go back . No one staying I spoke to was happy there.

Hotel it self was great. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy. The property got a remodel and it’s beautiful. However the best part has to be the staff . They were so helpful and accommodating.

Everything was excellent aside from Valet employees could maybe be a little more attentive. But I’m in the service industry and know some times we get loopy from doing the same thing day in and day out. Staff did a nice little birthday goody set-up in our room for my boyfriend upon request. It was very much appreciated! Would stay here again for sure!
