My family had a lovely time at this resort. It has been renovated beautifully since I was last there. We enjoyed the unit, relaxed & lots of family time for Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was friendly. We hope to come back back and enjoy the pool & other amenities in the summer.

The room was extremely nice. It was a split room. One side had one room with two beds. Bathroom had a jetted tub with a smaller kitchen. The master bedroom had a king size bed with a soaking tub. The tub wouldn't drain, but they sent maintenance over quickly. I mentioned that the master bathroom shower gel was out and maintenance actually called house keeping for me! When housekeeping showed up I showed them a chipped knife which should of been changed before putting anyone in the room, but they brought a new one for us. Luckily for me we were doing a turkey dinner for a early thanksgiving with friends and family so a new knife came in handy. Staff were great!

I rarely say this.. This place didn’t disappoint me. It was actually a great stay.. dispite the place and and the condo being outdated, it was a great stay. Would stay here again..

Beautiful resort sourounded in beautiful lush grounds. Conveniently located in the heart of Kissimmee. The spa facilities had everything from sauna, steam room, jacuzzi tubs, spa treatment, outdoor bar, tennis court, to name a few. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were so clean, eco- friendly and spacious with an outdoor balcony with a sitting area. The bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom, bathrooms were beautifully designed and had everything you need for a home away from home stay. This is a great place for a romantic getaway, girls vacation, or with family. I highly recommend this resort and will be coming back next time I'm in Orlando.

Everything was good and as expected, the only issue was that our cards didn't work for suite b in our 2 bedroom booking on the last two days. And the light in one of the bedrooms was out. Still had a great time and hope to come back soon.
