The rooms were very clean & equipped with every little item we were going to need in the kitchen/bedrooms/bedrooms. We also had washer/dryer to leave with clean clothes from our stay. I will definitely recommend this place for a family/friend getaway.

The resort was exceptionally beautiful, clean, secure and well kept. The two-bedroom accommodation was updated with elegant fixtures, first-class furnishings and conveniences. I was very impressed with the adjoining suite with its own living room and mini kitchen.

The property was awesome and easily accessible coming from FLL.However,the property is shared between Wyndham Resort which owns half and Star Island Resort owns the other.Booking from Wyndham make its very dufficult as the agents at the front desk will advise not much they can do for you regarding almost anything you want to do.Wanted to extend my stay, however, was told by front desk and reservation department they cannot assist because it was booked with Wyndham.Travelled with two children,booked a 2 deluxe bedroom condo and they refused to give a villa with a connecting door to access both villas without exiting the other. We were separated as a family abd were always reminded we did not booked with star Island hence not much could done. There were no carpet or rugs in the villa had to endure the very cold flooring. Since a request was nade no follows to assist us to ensure were comfortabl

Room was great. There was an issue with out check in that took a while and I had to get a down graded room. It was still nice just not what I booked. Staff was friendly but felt very rushed when asking questions about the issue.
