The outdoor pool "waterpark" is decent. The indoor toddler pool was freezing. Outside looks more like a motel than resort. The tower, walking in the halls to your room smells like cat pee. The pull out sofa in the room I stood in was completely useless and broken along with the shower rod in the washroom which is broken and fails to "soder" "glue" on so water goes onto the floor because shower curtain cant stay closed due to this failed attempt of a glued on rod.

Love everything,,but the weather. We enjoyed the waterpark and pool the first day,,weather had the water park closed..still fun. Our fourth time there!!!!

I was skeptical when reading some of the reviews because I was visiting the property with a five month old. But it was better than I expected, so much to do especially if you have kids! Everything seemed very clean, although it was in a modern hotel we loved it. Will definitely go back with the whole family! Waterpark was so much fun definitely come with your kids. They will have a blast!

The water park was very nice and the staff were exceptional. I was solicited immediately after checking in though. A time share company has a desk and representative set up right in the lobby! When we got in our room there was a moldy and damp odor. It didn’t subside throughout our stay. The pool was a nice temperature, however. We will go back again with a day pass to the water park, but we won’t stay in the hotel again.

We only stayed for 2 nights which was ok, i wanted to do do some content for my Caribbean peoples, but the rooms need alot of work, our bathroom walls had stain, the tub kept clogging and the blankets had stain, also the room had a bad scent, but overall the property was ok.

I was so unhappy with this place Though that by saying there were three heated pools when there was only one was so disappointing. Spend all this money and just to find out my kids couldn’t get on slides outdoor and indoor one because water was so cold .y kids were sad to know we got there just to stay the whole time in the regular pool. If that was the case I would just stayed home and gone to our community pool . Definitely won’t go again And food for dinner was not the greatest Now breakfast was good but that’s it Not worth spending money for resort and food there .

What we loved- the main swimming pool was warm, plenty of seating, pots of towels, and cute food truck. Staff was super friendly, the ice cream shop was wonderful with excellent service! What was disappointing: Rooms are outdated and walls had no noise insulation- could hear everything in adjoining rooms very clearly. Had to ask for clean bedding and took 3 hours to get any after calling guest services over and over with no answer for 30 minutes. Had to ask for coffee another morning and once again couldn’t get through, then had to wait over 40 minutes. Waterpark was frigid cold water.

The room was very worn down. Shower was constantly leaking was told it would be fixed it never was. No life jackets available for young children to use.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Coco Key in late February. We chose it because of the wide variety of kid-friendly activities (waterpark/slides, covered/heated pools, arcade, kid movies/live entertainers, etc.) and the affordable room rate. My kids would rate it 4-5 stars. The adults gave it 3-3.5 stars mostly due to dated/worn room decor & daily resort fees/parking charges. Used the free I-ride trolley passes (included) for FunSpot, Icon Park, WonderWorks, dining & shopping. We were not here for “theme parks” but a shuttle is available. Good value option for families & loved the on-site Starbucks, Smoothie/Shake shop & daily housekeeping. It’s a “family vibe” so singles/couples might prefer other accommodations.
