It was an absolute horrific stay. The entire property is deeply aged and not at all what my family and I are accustomed to. We chose this hotel because of the water park. The waterpark was closed our entire stay. We paid for breakfast for 2 days in the on site breakfast restaurant. You pay this at the front desk upon check in. When we got to the breakfast Monday morning it is a continental breakfast for $20 per person. It was not good at all. Had I known this property would be so nasty we never would have selected it. We will never ever be back it was so nasty!! Not to mention the floor above us make booming sounds all night long each night. Not advertised correctly whatsoever!! Oh and the complimentary shuttle bus. Hahaha what a joke! It’s only complimentary if you make a reservation the day of. Never ever will I make this mistake again in the future.

The room was clean. It needed some renovation. I had to use the plug behind the bed. Hard to get to. There is no closet. Had to hang my clothes on furniture and ironing board. People were friendly. My room was way towards the back parking lot. Seemed like I was along back there.

Staff was very courteous. Room clean however getting into the room was a challenge. Was like the door was stuck and you had to really slam it to get it to open. The shower did not work attempted many times and it appeared the handle to turn it on was loose from the wall. Stayed there because of the water resort and in the four days we were there it was never opened. I understand the weather conditions were cooler however we thought at least the indoor part could’ve been open very disappointing. The Starbucks in the gift shop were closed many times during the day in the evening. The one café they had was undergoing construction and you had to listen to jackhammers taking up the floor.

The hotel good was spacious and the staff was AMAZING. We staying in a pool view room and it was the best decision! I got the breakfast package and it was nice being about to eat without having to leave the resort. The hotel pool is heated but the water park is not.

It was a great experience. The breakfast was great. The pool was great and heated even in the winter. We loved the arcade it had great games. It was a great place for our small getaway. Just sucks we couldn’t stay longer.
