I loved everything about this hotel. Me & My husband always travel back and forward to Orlando very often and I must say this place is one of my favorite hotels I’ve been too in a long time. The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean . Beds very comfortable. Clean nice smelling sheets no old dusty smells like most hotel. The Bistro area is so nice, honestly very lowkey and romantic if you want to eat with your spouse at night. Not a lot of people chill in the lobby what I noticed but I definitely did, I had a drink, the prices for their top shelf drink are a lot cheaper than if you were to go to a bar .. definitely will be making this place my go to.

It was buffered from the 'city' noise/mayhem of Orlando traffic by a nice, treed parking lot setting. I did not like that the bathroom fan couldn't be turned-off...I like to keep the bathroom light on with the door partly open as a 'night light'. Couldn't do so with the constant roar of that fan. Also had trouble finding ice...signage indicated it was in the laundry area... not! Not even on the same floor. Staff was friendly & helpful. Had no time to enjoy pool or fitness room as it was an 'event' weekend & barely stayed at the hotel except for showering & sleep.

The room amenities listed "coffee and tea in common areas" but the only coffee and tea were for purchase at the Bistro. I was expecting a coffee station with free coffee in tureens. The coffee packets in the room were acceptable. The pillows sunk down so flat into practically nothing. I wish there had been a luggage rack because there was only room for one suitcase on the pullout cabinet. The location was ideal: a safe, quiet area just off a main highway.
