Great Hotel

This was more like a condo. Small cozy room with a jacuzzi right in the middle of it. Came in handy after a day at Disney, which is also conveniently located close to the parks. Very clean and would stay again, highly recommend!

Our stay was decent. The only drawback was that we ran out of body wash soap and when I tried asking the cleaning lady for more soap she did not speak English, so our interaction was kind of awkward. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, the pool and other amenities were great!

Volcano Pool

Under renevation and elevators were out. They did have someone help me with my bags up and down the stairs. Suite was great. My granddaughter and i loved the volcano pool. Will definitely stay on next visit to Disney.

Cute little timeshare community

We were surprised that we were staying in a time share there could have been better directions at check in. We drove into a gated community. The room was nice and clean and the amenities were nice. The room was dated and had a tub and shower in the middle of the room and the toilet was in a closet. It was weird but the room was nice. Very quiet and lovely staff. We were just looking for a night stay before traveling south.

Property was in a great location close to many restaurants and Disney parks. Customer support was always friendly and the facilities were in pretty good shape with a big pool. The 1 bedrooms studios were unsatisfactory as there is a connecting door between the two bedroom suites. The walls are paper thin and we had a very noisy neighbour which made the experience lacklustre. For the money it’s not a bad resort but we personally wouldn’t return.

We had a great stay! This property was very clean which is very important to me. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. If I had a question or a need it was addressed immediately no matter the time. It would then be followed up with to confirm my satisfaction. The pool was great and a full list of available amenities. I really can’t say enough about this property and how they truly treat you as a VIP. Sure a few things could be refreshed but again this property was clean. If you know the saying that people won’t remember what you said but how you made the feel, they left us feeling that they care about their guests!
