I recently stayed for few days and the staff at the check in counter during the night shift was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The hotel was amazing and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for future trips.

It was cold and we couldn’t get the heat to come on. My husband called down to the front desk to report the concern. He was told they were sending someone in a few minutes. 45 minutes later no one had showed up. My husband called again and he was told maintenance was on break and to use a blanket in the closet until someone gets there. My husband asked for another room but did not get one. someone did show up he said he turned a valve off so we should have heat in a few minutes. There was no heat and my husband called the front desk but no answer. We were cold all night. We were told we could have received a hotel credit but since we had already paid, we couldn’t! What? My husband said we will not stay here again.

The room itself, carpet, furniture have all seen better days. The whole place needs a renovation. Elevators are painfully slow and only two for each side of the hotel. The breakfast area was filthy—no one picking up plates so they were just left on the tables. Gross to look at and smell. 930 is WAY early to stop breakfast at a vacation hotel. The food area reminded me of the pics we all saw of the superdome after hurricane katrina. Not kidding. It was awful. Until they do better with this place don’t stay here .
