Upon checking in, I must say that our front desk receptionist named Nathan was helpful, courteous, and provided us with excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly Aunt was placed in a room a few doors down from our hotel suite. We were all extremely happy and satisfied with everything that he provided. Awesome visit! Stay here if you would like access to everything! Everything is located right inside of the hotel; Restaurants. Bar, Convenience store, Gift shop, and Free breakfast with Coffee bar, Happy hour with free drinks( 2 per each guest staying). Awesome vacation spot with a huge mall, water parks. a variety of restaurants , shopping centers. recreational activities, etc., We had a lot of fun! Can’t wait to revisit.

The carpet on the floor always felt damp in some areas and there was a slight mildew odor. The elevators were scary. On one side of the hotel one of the two words out of order. The other one was incredibly slow then sometimes you push the button and the elevator would not move. And you can watch it just sitting on the floor in the one in there and it wouldn't move. When it finally came down and you got in it it jerked and bounced when stopping. The two elevators on the other side of the building were much better. However when I got inside of one and push the button it wouldn't move. Get out and push the button for the other one and it finally started to move. Ended up taking stairs afraid of getting stuck. Breakfast was good but same thing everyday. Even the the pancake was the same everyday hard and burnt. The best part of the hotel is the guy who makes the omelets. I've never seen a person enjoy their job so much. Very engaging helpful and just a friendliest man you will ever meet.

The negative: despite the price being described on Hotels.com as "all taxes and fees included", I was charge $3 for a "county tax" by Embassy Suites.
