The gentlemen that checked us in was wonderful. However, when we got to our room, we did not receive the room we booked. I had to go back downstairs. At first we were told they couldn't do anything about it since the hotel was under construction, but then he was able to rectify the situation. The hotel was under construction, the elevator was kind of scary as it was torn apart inside and the hotel kind of smelled. We had to check out at 5am and there was no one around to check out.

Overall was a fine hotel but was very disappointed in their shuttle service. I called with my location at terminal 2 and was told 25-30 mins. At 35 mins I called and was told the driver went to the wrong terminal and that I had to wait for him to come back again. Then, when he picked me up 20 mins later, he wanted to drive around to the other two terminals just in case someone was waiting. The entire process took an hour and fifteen minutes for a three-mile shuttle ride.
