We Came, To The Resort For my For Your Birthday The Water Park, Was fine other than it saying it would be open 9 to 9 when we were there they didn’t open until 10 or after and they close the park 6 or 7 and the slides don’t open until 12 pm. The breakfast was horrible only went one day to breakfast my two day stay There Breakfast room is packed with very few places for family’s to sit and eat unless you share a booth with another family like we did but some Other people don’t do that kind of stuff. One more thing they only have one waffle cooker for like 50+ people my kids had to wait 30 mins just to get waffles. Let’s just say I wouldn’t come back. The staff was nice.

This place is great for young children and the whole family but it's not perfect and it easily could be. This place needs a MAJOR update. It feels very early 2000s and that would be totally fine It weren't for the fact that there is paint chipping all over the place in the waterpark area from the slides to the outdoor decor. If it weren't for the fact that there's water running you would think it's abandoned. It needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere, new decorations, more activities to do, full access to the activity room for toddlers and this would help give it a more lively atmosphere. Another thing that shocked me was the breakfast buffet. It was complimentary which is great and expected however it felt somewhat unorganized, I didn't expect that I had to make my own waffles, even after getting our food we had to wait for a table to get cleaned, there were leaks in the ceiling all over the place. I know I shouldn't really expect much for the price point but I did imagine the buffet being a little better. Other than that it was a good stay and my toddler enjoyed it.

Room was slightly updated not very clean there was also very little options for the tv. The outside halls were worse for ware and in need of a paint job. The staff was not unpleasant but didn’t speak much. Check in I was only asked for my id and then told me what room I was in. The restaurant for breakfast had little food options, the ceiling was leaking in several spaces including above my table. Check out was easy did it through a link on my phone.

Great for kids the top floors have the best rooms staff is great but plan a day to stay and use the amenetis because there is so much for the kids to do rooms on top floor great AC no damp smell the bottom floor smell a little damp due to the pool being right there but once the he AC was runing it was fine they have tons of towels beds and are soft pillows too and no smell on the linens little older looking on the bottom rooms but very clean we will be back

The property is worn down around all the things to do. The first room we opened the fridge to bugs all inside and the room itself had bugs. They moved us to another room and did handle it, but it was nasty. The staff were all very nice. The water park my kid loved, but the one slide was closed the first day, and the second all big slides were closed, so that was a bummer.

I absolutely loved the 2 water slides and lazy river. I played miniature golf, volleyball, and basketball all while enjoying the 90 degree weather. The only thing that I did not like was the hot tub water temperature, which was too cold. and the fact that I was there for a week and no one came by to clean our room.
