The waterpark was great but the room was damp and the couple two doors down got arrested for assaulting their teenage daughter. I mentioned my young family’s safety concerns to the front desk and they didn’t offer any support. Multiple people were drunk wandering around the property too.

Expected better

The room wasnt clean it was small pieces of trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair on the floor and we found a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling behind the door and an ant crawling on the floor.

Rooms were old not the cleanest and didnt stay cool enough smelling not the best. Water park and play room for kids was not well kept or monitored well. Playground was also was falling apart snd some parts were were taped off with yellow caution tape which was no longer up just laying on the ground so kids were still using it.

Hotel was hard to find. Looks like it's under construction/transition. Signage looks like Flamingo Hotel. Nothing Wyndham or Ramada. Arrived evening to dark area with no direction except "back to your left". Room numbers are not easily visible to even navigate where to go or walk from parking. No ice machine. Tv remote did not work the tv. We had to use the actual tv buttons except for volume which kept changing on its own.

The rooms are old, smell weird and are in disrepair. Although the restaurant and bar staff were great, the cleaning staff were nonexistent and required us to change rooms in order to find a clean room.

When I first arrived after midnight with my 2 children the stench in the air in room was something of unpleasant we immediately fell asleep with our clothes on because I was uncomfortable with knowing the linens may not be clean woke up that morning to use that restroom and there was mold up the side of the sink with the wood was all cracked and broken!!! I immediately went to service and the staff Yimaris was very friendly, understanding & helpful & moved my room unfortunately, that room had the same smell . Both of my kids are asthmatic and 1 allergic to mold so we decided not to stay at this establishment!! Upon checking out I was told my refund needed to go thru Expedia (for 3 days Expedia was unable to get anyone on the phone) myself either. Today Anita at the service desk did process the refund but is charging me the couple hours I stayed there as a night along with a service fee which I feel any service fee is unacceptable considering they had mold visibly in their room and I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay due to a football tournament going on and there not being many vacant units
