When you book, the photos of the rooms look fantastic with wooden floors, but when you arrive, they have old, very dirty carpets. My children suffer from allergies, and I had to leave the hotel at 10 p.m. on the same day I made the reservation.

Our family of 6 stayed in a very nice suite room that had plenty of room and a full sized refrigerator and small dining table and chairs as well as a balcony overlooking the pool and waterpark in the distance!! We had a great time and the kids were well entertained at the waterpark and lazy river plus the nice deep pool when the waterpark was closed!! Very satisfied and would stay there again!!! Best stay for our family yet. Thank you for great hospitality and customer service even at 230am there was always someone at the front desk 😀 Only somewhat negative was the room key cards didn't always work even when kept separate from phones or magnets but they were quick to reset or give another one right away
