Staff are amazing, always happy, always supportive, always so friendly, made you feel so welcome. Room was clean and spacious, with a great view of Disney springs and the parks. Was able to watch the fireworks nightly. Loved the hot chocolate in the early evening too, great boost of sugar for the night ahead. The food in the hotel was really good, tried a variety of dishes, couldn’t fault any of them. Great after a long day in the parks. The pool was lovely, enough loungers and space to relax or to get in the pool. We used the car park, we felt our car was safe there. The main thing was the staff and especially Maria, seeing her smiling in the morning as we went past to go out to the parks. Such a lovely lady, but all the staff were. So thank you again holiday inn Disney springs for making an unforgettable trip to Disney maigcal.
