Hotels.com gave me an amazing deal and the hotel did not disappoint! We got the studio with 2 beds. Huge room and amazing view. We could see Epcot and Disney springs! Definitely would stay there again! Can’t wait to go back!

Front desk staff need to be friendlier. Breakfast should stay open till at least 9:30 am on weekdays. The rooms were spacious, the grounds were nicely kept, and the fire pits were great to enjoy the chilly weather during our stay.

Amenities such as shuttles were horrible. Only was able to take one day as the rest of the days it did not show. Little to no flexible hours to Disney parks. Staff did not assist but rather washed their hands for this issue. Breakfast was not good. We lost an item in our unit. We believe it was shattered and thrown away.

King size bed was uncomfortable and pillows soft and lumpy with yellow stains. Surfaces in our room were dirty and we cleaned them off ourselves. Mold in the dishwasher. Couch and chairs had stains. Filthy dirty grout lines in the bathroom and kitchen. Room 7217. Good location to Disney.
