Room was clean and that was the most important for us! The staff was nice/polite! We did not use the amenities. But the breakfast was horrible! I’ve been in similar hotels before and I know they have to serve lots of people so my expectations are not high but two things that I was able to recognize were the hard boiled egg and the waffle what you can make yourself with the maker. The rest was so bad that I can’t even explain! So if you looking for a clean, reasonable price and good location (meaning close to the Disney parks) place to stay it’s a great choice! But don’t recommend to eat! The breakfast was so bad that we didn’t want to try any other foods that they had.

We really like the room. The only issue was a lady on reception with bad attitude- Blanca . She couldn't understand that we weren't happy about the fact that 15 minutes after 4 pm ( after 40 minutes wait) our room wasn't ready and she was "happily" unable to give us any estimate of when it would be ready. Thankfully some gentlemen next to her take care of us and in the moment he found a ready room for us.

Room was great, very clean, I love that it has a complete fridge. The staff very attentive and answered all my questions. The pool was great too, we loved the water slide. We loved the location too, near pharmacies, restaurants, 15 min from Disney Springs and parks. And 30 minutes away from other places that we visted.
