We liked the location of the property being 15-20 minutes away from the major Disney attractions. We didn't like that the hotel still charged $20 per day for parking even if it was a suburban hotel with lots of vacant parking space, and that the aircon still generated cold air even when turned off, and made the temperature too cold than we would like.

There was nothing in the booking information about the charges added for parking. When I was checking out the desk clerk asked how was my stay and I expressed my displeasure with not knowing up front, she was belligerent in the fact that it was clear and I should have known. All the other staff were very good.

We luck out to find this property for our Disney trip. The suite was big, clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. If you don’t want to dine out could bbq and cook your meals. All staffs are friendly and nice with exception one individual was on his cell phone all the time when my husband asking him for help with Bbq grill not working. Other than that incident we were happy with our stay
