The room was wonderful. It had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and for a visit where we barely were in the room it was great. The breakfast was nice and the onsite laundry was appreciated. I think the only thing that I would recommend to the Hotel that would have elevated this experience would be to add on your website information regarding the shuttle service to Disney. Onsite in the hotel you can purchase tickets and there is a limited shuttle service which depending on which park you will be leaving to has different one time departure times. You have to reserve a spot in advance. At least two hours before the departure time. There is a 7:30 ish shuttle. I ended up driving and parking. But advance notice can help people plan better. *shuttle service is limited and requires reservations *the hotel does not have Flamingo Crossing in its title and has two other Hotels next to it.

The hotel itself is beautiful! I chose it based on the reviews, staff is great, everyone was friendly and helpful. The poolside resturant food was great! The pool has a slide which all the kids enjoyed, and it was large enough for several families to enjoy. e suite is spacious and comfortable. We liked having the small kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The biggest issues we had the water for our shower smelled horrible! When we arrived there was a notice for water maintenance, I thought okay that is that, however the next day, the day after, ALL WEEK! I did ask a worker in regard to the smell but was told it was due to maintenance, it wasn't as strong the following days but it still had a weird smell, so we showered with the door open.The second issue was the breakfast. The reviews raved about the selections and great food but to be honest it was underwhelming. First, I am a catering manager so I will be 100% honest especially about the food. The overnight oats was basically oatmeal drench in milk and bland, they did have condiments to add however there was way too much milk. Second, scrambled eggs plenty, nice and fluffy, the potato pancakes were decent, then the oddity of plant based chorizo spicy two bowls and the fixins for it. They served bagels, bread for toast and mini muffins, also 3 waffle makers in the shape of mickey mouse ( cute). We stayed 7 days and there was no variation in the food, I recommend changing the options, otherwise grea

Clean, well equipped property with amenities. Easy access to WDW. Only disappointment was on the days that the room was serviced, things were forgotten, like fresh towels, garbage taken out, so we had to take care of it ourselves or go the the front desk to ask.

Amazing stay. Hotel was quiet and clean. Hotel staffs were friendly. Check in check out was fast and easy. Room was cleaned and fresh. Cleaning was good. Replacing towels and other was on time. Parking was convenient. 15 mins to Disney Parks. Enjoyed the stay with family. Highly recommended place to stay.
