The hotel was in a great area and was decent. It was pretty clean and very quiet. The bathroom door didn’t lock and it was french doors so there was a gap you could see through. But otherwise the room was great.

This was close by to where we needed to be. It was also a middle point for some things we had planned on doing in Orlando. However, we were not impressed with the parking. There is not enough parking in their parking lot for all the guests to park when busy. You have to park across the street in a different lot and there is not easy access to get from one parking lot to the next. Breakfast options were also very limited and elevator was extremely slow. Most the time we ended up taking the stairs to the floor we needed.

Could have been better. Great location.

Tub/shower faucet was laying in the tub so unable to bath. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the next day but got back to the room and nothing had been done. Had to change rooms. The morning desk guy should never be in a customer service position. Rudest person I have ever encountered. Afternoon staff is awesome!!
