No hot water, key didn’t work… next morning asked about the water issue and the front desk said they are working on and that we would have hot water in a couple of hrs… came back that evening and asked at the front desk and they said that it was not fixed… asked to talk to the manager and they said it will be back in the morning… I asked if they can make a note to talk to me, but nobody reached out… The hotel is a bit rundown…

There are several rooms you are not informed of that the sole window is fogged up with moisture trapped inside that does not allow for you to see out! No pool view. Why are the windows not replaced or the cases addressed? Why are you not informed “before” you book? Not told during check in. Not offered a different room or even a discount. Just given a canned apology No signs near the elevator or on your floor where the ice is. You have to seek or call to be told it’s not on every floor
