Don’t stay here

We had 3 rooms total and could not check in until 4pm one room was ready at almost 3. The first girl we worked with was very blazes. Like she could care less. The rooms were in terrible condition. You could see light all the way around the entire door. I’d never recommend this to anyone

Check in was awful. The elevator was broken, so I had to wait almost an hour as there were 6-7 people all waiting for a first floor room. The were not ready. When we got our key it didn’t work this happened several times during our stay. The bathtub had cracks and stains and the door had cracks.

Deposit not returns and being given the run around

My security deposit have not been returned to my card 2 weeks after I checked out. I’m being given the run around every time I call, I’ll just file a complaint with the states attorney general office. Be mindful of the their policy as far as your security deposit they will tell you at check in that it will be returned to you in 1-3 business days or no later than 5 but here I am 16 days days after check out and not deposit.

We loved it . Although breakfast area is a little small but not a deal breaker we only got to eat breakfast once but it was decent if stay again my ONLY issue is the pool does not work BUT their sister hotel lets you use theirs.

My fiance and I are moving to Florida and we stayed here for two weeks while looking for a house. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is much cleaner than others I have stayed in for a similar price. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re driving due to having a back entrance you can use to directly access Poinciana Blvd without getting on 192. I highly recommend this location. Shout out to Melissa and Jean Pierre at the front desk for making me feel so welcome!
