We had a wonderful experience staying here the night before our cruise. I have never met a more accommodating staff. From the bartenders to the breakfast manager and servers, everyone worked hard to make our stay run smoothly. This meant everything after a long day of travel with our family of all ages. Kids loved the pool layout and when we couldn’t get them out of bed to go to breakfast, they let us box up some food to take back to our room (even though we only paid for those of us who made it down). I cannot recommend this place hotel enough!

It was nice and clean. Obvious updates have been made. Nice pool area. Lobby smells amazing wish our Room smelled that good. Staff was super friendly especially bell hops/valet and coffee shop guy. Also big bonus we got to see a small alligator in the back lake lol. Over all good stay and convenient for the airport

Overall the property is in a very good location. Meaning-about a mile from the airport, restaurants within range not far away. Pool area is descent and plays good mellow music. Rooms are clean and AC works well. Check in was smooth and fast. Cons: the elevator was dirty, we bought a bottle of champagne from a near by liquor store and asked for cups but the bar attendant stated he couldn't give us cups because we did not purchase the champagne from them. Not a big deal we used plastic cups from the room. Overall for convenience to be by Orlando Airport would stay there again but there are many other hotels in that surrounding area.
