Property location is good but very weird parking and need to pay 23$ for hotel guest which is really unacceptable. They have bellman downstairs who also working is wallet, bellman roudly asked us to take by your self and return cart back to front gate which is not acceptable specially from Brand name hotel. Carpet, elevator area was not clean, some places it’s stink.

Waiting for a Flight

Coming off a cruise, we needed a place to wait 6 hours for our flight so we booked a room. They did not offer a day rate, but we could book a one night stay. Luckily, they allowed us into our room at 10:30! Had a great time swimming and eating. Such a good idea.

I was picked up about 5 minutes after I made the reservation. The driver helped with my luggage and the receptionist was such a gentleman and he helped me take the luggage upstairs. Staff is nice and professional and the man at the coffee shop was super thoughtful and nice.

Perfectly fine for the money we paid. The hotel wasn’t busy and I am a Bon Voyage member, yet I was given a low floor overlooking concrete, which was a shame. Ubers take absolutely ages to come to the hotel (of course this is not the hotels fault, just a note to other travellers) - local taxis are very expensive. Rooms are nice, bones of the room are little bit old and outdated but made look better with modern decor. Beds were really comfy, we slept very well.
