The hotel was renovated recently, the rooms and the overall hotel itself looked new and clean. Our stay felt very luxurious and comfortable. Only thing is on last day room service did not make our beds, could have been a minor oversight. Otherwise it was a very very pleasant stay

The property was good. Rooms are nice. Beds a little uncomfortable but it's nothing unusual. What was unusual was that the stay came with breakfast included. The time for bf was from 7a-930a. On the 1st day we went down to the breakfast area at 715a and they were still setting up. There were no coffee cups and when other guests asked for them the worker said just use the plastic cups. The thin water and juice cups. He did eventually, about 15 min later bring ceramic mugs out but it was so unorganized and he just kept saying they didn't have any. The area to get yogurt didn't have a dedicated serving utensils so you had to use your own. I made myself a yogurt parfait and eventually some coffee but left early to get myself a decent breakfast somewhere else. If you are not prepared for a simple breakfast don't offer it.

Good but needs to be better

Great renovated hotel. I really liked it. However, shower pressure and water flow in room was almost nonexistent. I reported and no one fixed or gave feed back. Hot tub is big for me and it was broken the whole stay.

The complimentary breakfast was not that good and no choices ... the shampoo bottle and the conditioner bottle were empty in one of the bathroom ... everything else was excellent specially the front desk staff
