Room was beautiful and had plenty of space, pool bartender was friendly and gave great service. Breakfast was great and had a decent amount of options. Pool area got very loud at a certain time of the night and we did see some kids that were staying on top floor spit down and almost hit the people sitting in one of the cabana areas. We did not travel with pets this time but they did have an artificial grass area to walk them

Just ok upgraded motel

The hotel is an upgraded motel. The rooms are spacious and modern, and they had good layouts with a sitting area. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. What we didn't like was the a/c was so loud that it woke us up out night. It was right over the beds and blew forcefully in our faces too. The breakfast was skimpy. They served bagels but were out of butter many days in a row (we had to ask each day and they had to find it for us in the kitchen), and only gave us jam when we asked. No cream cheese either. They had yogurt 2 out of the 6 days we were there since they said they were out. There was a store/snack bar, restaurant and bar but they were all closed and when we asked when they would be open we were told the weekend. The weekend came and they never opened. We were there in late July so that seemed a bit odd.

Very nice and quiet, very clean and the breakfast was good too. Only problem was during my stay the kids splash pad area was down for maintenance once I arrived with my kids but later on it was up and running for the rest of our stay....booked for late check out and everything went smoothly. Will stay here again in the future.

I had a great time and I have no real complaints besides a better breakfast selection. It should be more of a variety to choose from when it comes to meats and even sides. The only thing that was an inconvenience was when the fire alarm went off on check out day at 3 in the morning. I have a special needs child who has a noise sensory and it was hard to calm him back down but kudos to the staff for the rapid response to handling the problem with the alarm.

It was ok the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and free, unlike other reviews I saw saying you have to pay for breakfast, not true. The rooms are nice and modern, you can tell they were recently renovated. The only thing i'm not a fan of is that is an exterior corridor hotel but that's why it's cheaper. Overall for the price I think it was a good choice.

Buena hubicacion, habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y muy bien remodelada . E lugar está muy bonito solo deben mejorar el desayuno , realmente estaba muy malo los tres días que estuve hospedada, no se pudo disfrutar, no hay opciones para niños más pequeños que tienen gusto selectivos, muy muy malo describiría el desayuno . También debe salir que el parqueo se paga por día desde que uno reserva la habiatacion , para que el huésped sepa que el parqueo cuesta 22.49 por día

I chose this hotel based on rates alone because I didn’t want to break the Bank. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. I gave it five stars across the board. The only thing I gave four stars was the service and only because throughout my stay, housekeeping never showed up. This really was not an issue. I could’ve very easily gone to the front desk and grabbed whatever I needed, however, I never needed a thing. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing! Me and my daughter go to Universal Studios once a month and I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Orlando.
