We selected this hotel primarily for its close proximity to Universal Studios and the availability of a pool. After a full day at the park, we arrived around 10:30 PM only to be informed at check-in—for the first time—that the pool was closed for maintenance. No prior notification had been provided through booking confirmation, emails, or the hotel website. This was especially disappointing as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and our plan for Saturday was to relax by the pool. To make matters worse, the room’s sofa bed had no linens. We called the front desk and waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for them to be delivered. These issues, along with several other shortcomings during our stay, left us deeply frustrated. Regrettably, we will not return to this hotel or any property in the chain.

The room and hotel conditions were good and it’s nice they don’t have a resort fee like other hotels in Orlando. The thing that made it a three star is just how loud it is. You can hear absolutely everything going on around you plus the ac sounds like an airplane when it turns on every hour.
