We had a quick overnight stay. The staff let us leave our bags before check in so we could go to Universal. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and the room was super comfortable!

The advertised pool, coffee shop, and reaturaunt all closed. Bed was made once, half the days forgot to leave clean towels. One day the staff left the garbage bags for me to put in can. A large black hair stayed on my shower wall for 6 days. No one in room had black hair.

Room was okay shower was hot only issue pool not able use or hot tub ., food was good everything clean not bad for last minute and then 150 deposit that will have to be refunded . Also Washateria closed down gym not that great only treadmills and an all round weight set . If you have high expectations get. Four star room worth the couple hundred more but for the pay satisfactory

Only thing that was not very informative was the laundry facility listed wasn’t actually part of the hotel. I had to go find a laundry mat to wash my clothes & had to uber my way over there and it was 15 mins away. Which was not in my plans since I thought there was a laundry facility in the hotel property. Also on my 2nd to last day I wasn’t given toilet paper when we came back from universal we luckily had wipes to clean ourselves but I called the reception and no one would answer so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The house keepers came to my room to throw my trash but didn’t give me new toilet paper when clearly we were out and still needed it for the night and next morning before we left. Other than that, everything else was good.

After quickly the room was done on request on the second day of our 4 day stay toilet paper rolls were not restocked and had to borrow from another room. Not happy about the room cleaning services. Can do better for longer stay of two or more days.

The breakfast was awesome! It was one of the best continental breakfast’s I’ve had. Room was clean. Staff were just ok. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub were closed. I picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub so it was very disappointing not being able to use it. It was not stated on the website that it was closed, so it was even more frustrating that we discovered this after we booked it.

The staff experience was inconsistent. On some days, employees were courteous and pleasant; on other days, their demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel inviting. Additionally, the pool was out of service. Traveling from New Jersey, this was one of the amenities our children were most looking forward to, making this particularly disappointing. The food options lacked variety, as the same selections were offered daily. Similar to other areas, the food service staff was also inconsistent. Some days we were greeted politely, while other days we were served in a manner that made us feel like an inconvenience. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again. I believe in leaving reviews both for excellent service and when improvement is clearly needed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property. Although the price was lower than comparable options, the reduced cost was not worth the decline in service, surrounding area, and overall quality.
