Our property management team with 1st for Orlando is rated one of the best in Windsor hills. They have an excellent cleaning team that is doing a wonderful job providing high quality clean vacation homes.

We have update our appliances and kitchen supplies, baby supplies and towels, new bed linen. We have also updated our AC and water heater and pool pumps so that your stay will not be ruined with something breaking down.

We have updated our master shower. As well as the downstairs shower for roll in for those who might need a little extra security. Shower bench is in there too. The Patio has new furniture, along with a 50 in TV so you can watch a family favorite movie while relaxing in the pool.

We have a new Star wars mini theater game room: Pool table, fully loaded arcade Pac man game+59, 2 massage chairs to kick back and relax after a busy day at parks or events. We have fully stocked the kitchen with many new cooper chef pans and Nijna
blender and Keurig coffer maker. We offer complimentary BBQ along with 3 propane tanks.
We have chosen to make sure our guests have most of your needs met. We provide: toilet paper 3 rolls per each bathroom, trash bags for each day, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, bounce, paper towel.

2 umbrella strollers, brand new double stroller, stroller with car seat, 1- pop up play yard, 1 pop up playpen, booster seat, high chair, baby kitchen utensils, Legos, fun kid toys. bed rails.
We have tried to make sure that all guests know we care about your time at our villa and are here to help.

We also have a new Guestview electronic Welcome board that allows our guest to let us know they have arrived safely and the home is clean and ready for them. It also offers home details and contact info as well as local recommendations, weather and map information.

We do have security camera's located by front door, over garage, by A/C and by pool heater to prevent theft of AC and pool heat equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home or by the pool!
