We rented a 3 bedroom luxury townhouse. It was beautiful, spacious and we had our own driveway and garage to park. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was close to stores and restaurants. We absolutely loved this property and took advantage of free access is the Island H20 water park that came with the stay. Our only critique is that the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. It was surface clean but the floors on the main level and upstairs bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again. Prior to the stay, Brian called and explained the deposit and report fee. The office staff are professional and top notch.

We would never stay here again. There was an extremely loud beeping noise all throughout our trip. We would call several times for them to come and when they finally did it only stopped for an hour until it continued. It kept our children up all night. We would call at midnight, 3am and 5am. Every night of our trip. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I would never stay here again. On top of that they would not compensate for the inconvenience. No one on the property cared that we had to deal with this annoyance. Save yourself the trouble and book else where. You will thank me. Trust me.

We stayed for 5 nights, my family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay. We ate out for most of the time outside the resort, I was unaware or was not told there were restaurants in the resort. The parking was not as anticipated, it was a bit of a walk away from our condo so I was surprised at not being told that you had to walk for a bit to your condo. The water park is also not close by, as seen on the website. Anyone booking need to ask questions. The condo was loved by my family, spacious and clean. However there are very minimal inconveniences, example the bathrooms needs something as simple as hanging hooks for shower caps, robes, the soaps, conditioners and other amenities are miniature sized and to get more you need to ask 24 hours in advance. That was ridiculous since they are all one time use. I went out to CVS and bought my own. The shower curtain need a regular change and the toilet under the rim has NEVER been cleaned, the grout in the bathrooms need cleaning….kinda discolored. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again
