My husband and I have stayed in this small boutique hotel maybe a dozen times. It is always a pleasure. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. And the location is central to downtown Orlando. We love it.

This is an absolutely beautiful Hotel with a Tavern inside the same area. Outside is warm and cozy with beautiful furniture, pillows, tables and cushioned couches and chairs. Inside was just a wonderful. Classy, beautiful and inviting. The staff was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. They were helpful and kind and treated you like family. My stay was amazing!! Thank you so very much!!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room....i felt like I was outdoors because of the noise the wind or something, sirens, the neighbors conversation, the worse, there was no privacy in the bathroom, either put a slider pocket door in toilet area or have bathroom door close completly. We were definitely disappointed the to find out we should of been offered an upgrade and wasnt. I inquired about, nothing available. We had breakfast in the room which was awesome only because we could not reach the front desk to clarify meal options if The Tavern was serving, so my husband went to the front desk and was told front desk was accidentally on DO NOT DISTURB. *Overall, pros staff frienly and welcoming, food was great, location perfect, ambiance excellent, cleaniness awesome....I just need to go #2 in private with a vent.

Staff were all very friendly! So Friendly! But when I saw the housekeeper, after cleaning the toilet, place the toilet brush container on the bathroom counter, I was honestly shocked. It was really unhygienic. That countertop is where people put their toothbrushes and cups — it’s definitely not appropriate to put the toilet brush container there.
