I really loved Shulas Steakhouse food and staff were amazing and the Rosa Mexican was pretty good food also the staff there was very pleasant . Overall the staff throughout the resort is a 50/50 shot whether you will be inconvenienced or served. I’ve had some pleasant and unfortunately huge inconveniences during the week I stayed at the Swan . Room 757 isn’t “ newly remodeled is painted and bandaided at best. The also accidentally , took my sons AirPods that were on his bed and I had to look 2 and a half days for them . Once I found them I had one of those unpleasant inconveniences from security officer that I was tracking all the way to me from 20 plus feet away when my “ find my iPhone connected to them while searching , as they kept leading me back stage in staff only areas. I told 4 different people for 3 different days until someone finally got security . Anyways , he was very rude and didn’t seem to understand how apple products work leading him to patronize me and telling me “ Where did you loose them and stupid questions as I showed him it’s linked to my iPad and my iPhone and they all are linked to my emails and such through find my iPhone app. My patience was tested I’ll just end there. I could go on and on but I’m just exhausted at this point!
