Conditions were not good to say the least. The beds and the functioning refrigerator were ok. The conference type chairs in the room had peeling of the vinyl seating. When I asked for more washcloths I was told that they wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. There is no iron/ironing board or a hair dryer.

Horrible, dirty, hair in bedsheets, toilet and shower, toilet uncleaned. The first room we had to ask to change because it was used, the second one was supposedly clean, but we had to sanitize everything before sleeping. Everything was dirty, garbage overflowing, hallways with garbage, lobby with spilling, outside with garbage overflowing and litter everywhere. We made our peace with it because we were just sleeping and leaving the next day. Good thing we had our sheets and used that for the bed. I had alcohol and wipes and cleaned the bathroom before using.

Upon checking in, the staff was nowhere around. There were 4 people in the lobby waiting to be helped. We waited for about 10 minutes before someone finally came. We got checked in, the room was subpar, the hallways were dirty. It just wasn’t all that great.

I WAITED an hr to checking after verfing . The person who came was in her bonnet , pjs and just rolled our of bed. The entire place reeked of smoke or cigertte marijuana.
