Spotless comfortable room. Great beds! Window to the crashing waves was a delight! Cleaning service was a bit spotty, and WiFi weak. Beach hikes are amazing! Restaurant has a great view. Good espresso a short walk away. There are paved and unpaved hikes. I’m coming back!

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Soap dispenser had to be pumped multiple times to get poor quality soap. We can hear the neighbors. Facility is a bit run down and needs remodeling including the parking area. The lady at the front desk when we arrived should smile and be welcoming.

The front desk staff were super nice and very helpful. And the views and ocean ambience is spectacular. But this place needs some serious TLC. Rugs made our feet black. Room keys kept being disabled(probably the most annoying thing). Entire room shook if we walked too fast Desk chair falling apart. Sink drain was very slow. HVAC was just a thing on the wall. Fireplace not functional. No complimentary anything. Nothing offered as Silver Expedia member. Walls surrounding the pool area look like they’re about to crumble and there was tons of caution taped areas of the parking area. Tbh I’d come back but if the building is falling apart, a few more guest perks wouldn’t be a bad idea.

The room was clean and I guess you would say spotless and the only problem that I had was I wasn't satisfied with my room and where it was located so I had to change and I wasn't satisfied with the room they gave me after they change the first room but the staff at the front desk Ms Lynn was very accommodating and found something more satisfactory

We paid for the most expensive option on expedia for a suite which was supposed to have a view. When we got to the hotel, we greeted the two hostesses behind the counter, and said we are here for the room with the view of the ocean. The blond old lady behind the counter did not even respond or acknowledge my ask, or greet us in any way. There was no welcome or smile or any sort of customer service behavior. She was bitter. When we got to the room, we had no view. There was a young lady there that stood there and watched as the old lady bitterly checked us in. Half way through the check in, she tried to say some nice things. I really hope the other lady would retire if she is not happy doing that work.
