The room was dirty; food on carpet and hair in sink, tub and on the bed. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom. The entire hotel was worn and had a horrible smell. The breakfast was pretty much empty. They had left boxes of food on the floor in front of the counter. There was no silverware to eat what was available. Overall horrible experience.

Okay place to stay with hiccups

We only had one bath towel , no wash cloths, no shampoo. They had a price list of what the items cost. We reported that to the front desk and it was like they didn’t give a hoot. How can you fight that when you’re the only ones in the room?? Housekeeping probably will say that they put the items in there!!

The room was the 2nd worse room / hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was water running from the light in the ceiling in the bathroom from the room above. The shower head was broken. The furniture was old and broke down. The door in the bathroom had holes in it that were fixed. The curtains were dirty.

Terrible!

We were on a family trip and decided to stay at the comfort inn. When we got there, there was a guy smoking weed in the parking lot. We should have left then. The lobby is nice but the rooms are old and need updating. The capret in the room smelled musty and the room was humid. The capet was coming up around the walls. The tv came on, but the remote was broken and we couldn't change the channel. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body wash. I went up to the front desk to get some but they said they didnt have any. The washcloths had holes in them, and the shower would not drain. When we left the room, there were dirty towels and sheets laying out in the hallway. We went down to the "breakfast" and they were out of waffle mix and eggs and there was no creamer for the coffee. The girl that was running the breakfast got upset and said someone called in and she was doing the best she could and didn't usually work at this hotel. She ran off crying. We just left and went to McDonald's. I would NEVER stay here again!

The Good: AC worked well, friendly staff, continental breakfast was hot with sufficient options, location was convenient The Bad: Rooms are in desperate need of new furniture….broken lamps, TV going out, furniture visibly scratched and rough, shower tub very scuffed/scratched up. Cleanliness left much to be desired….carpet appeared as though it had not been vacuumed, toothpaste in bathroom sink from prior visitor, ice machine in hallway was rusted on metal

Hands down the worst Comfort Inn we’ve stayed at. From the group of shady looking gentlemen sitting out front smoking to the sign telling you they weren’t at the desk so you will have to wait - only to have a very casually dressed man come and check you in, in a rush, the whole experience was an expensive letdown. The smell of deodorizer in the lobby area was overwhelming, and the carpet looks decades old. The room dripped in humidity and had a musty smell - they truly need a dehumidifier. The sheets felt damp and when we woke up our glasses were filthy with everything floating around the room all night. We were promised a blow dryer but none was provided and we had zero way to reach the front desk. The phone in the room wouldn’t call out and, well, I’ve already touched on the sign at the desk. The last straw was the breakfast bar. Zero coffee. The machine was asking for service and when I told the only employee I could find, I got a ‘Ya ya, I’m on my way now’ and then they continued talking to another employee. The biscuits and gravy were all gone, and we were only an hour into the service. Both vending machines were down so that wasn’t even an option. We went to McD’s One last gem, the elevator’s operating inspection permit expired months ago. This hotel could be really nice but it doesn’t seem like anyone really cares. I would have left if I could have gotten a refund, but the ad stated that wouldn’t be possible. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Our one-night stay was nice - the facilities were satisfactory - this hotel needs help - they are seriously understaffed. Felt bad for the one women during breakfast time - she was trying her very best to keep things going and take care of ten things at a time.

Coffee maker was broke, so had to drive across the street to a convenience store. Unable to use coffee maker in the room because the pods didn't fit. Breakfast selection was what most hotels offer. There was a spider and some other type of bug in the bathtub. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and safe place to stay. The manager on duty was kind enough to give us an extra hour to check out because my sister was sick. But we arrived an hour early and even though they had rooms ready, they were going to charge an additional $25. Not a terrible place to stay, but I will probably choose another hotel if I stay in Paducah again.
