The bed was not comfortable, the bottom sheet didn’t reach the end of the bed. The toilet wobbled. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to ask for more clean glasses and washclothes. But, it was quiet.

I love this place. As I was checking out, I heard another guest saying the same. You should not expect a luxury hotel. It is a clean, honest hotel in the middle of one of the most expensive places on the planet. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are so warm and friendly that it immediately sets you at ease. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Nearly 20 years ago, when we were starting our organization at Stanford, we came here. Over the years, we have always come back. Even as we have grown, this is my favorite place to stay near Stanford. Thank you to the whole team!

Pro: Good value. Comfortable vibe without chain hotel mediocrity. Reminiscent of long family trips including the warm and friendly staff. I enjoyed the change of pace. Very convenient to Page Mill Rd area of Palo Alto. Con: Didn’t sleep all that well. Noise from El Camino Real & bed needed an upgrade.

Very Comfortable Room

The staff was very friendly and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. Also, room was very quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

No real air conditioner, noisy, pool closed because it was unsafe for use. Explained to check-in staff that the lodging was unacceptable and we could not stay there. The staff person agreed to cancel the reservation and refund our money but over a week later, still have not received the refund. Messaged the property multiple times but no response. HORRIBLE PLACE THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY - DO NOT STAY!
