The home & property are beautiful and very well equipped for large groups. We secured this property in March 2025 for the week of NYE 2026. Upon booking, the pool was advertised, and confirmed by the owner, to have a heated & enclosed pool during the winter months. Our only issue was the accuracy of the listing & communication regarding the pool. We rented this house solely because of the heated & enclosed pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found a winterized, non-functioning & non-enclosed pool. It was unusable, and it was not communicated with us prior to arrival despite my asking multiple times the status & temperature of the pool. It was an unfortunate surprise that tainted the excitement of our arrival. The owner visited us and offered a 100% refund based on the mis-communication & our disappointment. It was a very generous offer & it was appreciated; however, we only accepted a 50% refund because we still stayed for a week & enjoyed what this beautiful home & property had to offer. Despite the rough start our group still enjoyed the week together and would consider renting this property again. The beds, bathrooms, recreational amenities, indoor/outdoor kitchen, & sound system were all on point. The home was very clean & the check-in/-out process was very easy. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We sincerely appreciated her hospitality & generosity when correcting the communication mistake. I would absolutely recommend this property.
