King bedroom was spacious clean and ok bed. Good value. I was put in a second floor room, although I requested a ground floor. Apparently ground floor rooms are pet friendly rooms. Although few people staying, my room was behind a stairwell to the outside and dark inside. There were blackout curtains, but no privacy curtains to let light in. The stairwell was dirty with lots of spilled who knows what. The bathroom had no place to hang a towel which I thought was very odd. No door hook or towel bar. I do however give this a four star for the value and comfort.

The room itself was fine. However, the room above me floor squeaked very loudly when the person staying there walked across the floor. This needs attention.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Have a service dog and they were very accommodating and helpful with our child with autism. Right on the each with light house observation amazing views and friendly staff rooms where clean.

Great room for the price.

Great Location & a short walk towards the shops downtown. Short walk to see all the ships in the bay. Room was clean, Water was hot. Hair dryer did not work & the bathroom light flickered a little bit but It wasn't bothersome. Will be booking here again when I come back this way later in the year!

Hotel staff more worried about goofing off than mataining the hotel garbage overflowing outside cans along with drug needles thrown on ground and had to ask staff to clean up grounds and garbage.

It costs $80 to stay there and they charged me $41 in towel fees because some of my old hair dye (i did not dye my hair there) got on the towels. Totally bleachable. So dont stay here, or if you do, bring your own towel. Seems like a place thats hungry to charge people fees.

We spent a total of 15 minutes here and had to find a different place. Alcohol swabs left on the floor, dirty utensils in the kitchenette, and hair all over the bed. Last time I make the mistake of booking a place where the areas pretty nature photos are used and not disclosing the state of what the actual property looks like. Just the walk up the steps to the room was littered with garbage.
