The stay was great and so was the service. My only concern was that I booked an executive suite which was pet friendly yet while checking in I was told that I should have informed them beforehand (which I never was informed about through emails or hotels.com chat service that I should ). So they charged me the regular pet fee and let me stay but this is something that others can take care of while booking with a pet stay.

The place is a bit dated, but the staff is friendly and professional. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. My wife is picky about bed comfort and she was praising the mattress comfort.

I believe their check in time ends at 11pm. We had a little set back on our way there but called the property and let them know we were gonna be arriving past check in time. They were very helpful and told us what to do to check in when we arrived. Turns out we weren’t the only ones arriving late. But the lady at front desk was very helpful to everyone there… Even tho it was pretty late at night. The bed was comfortable. And very close to the ferry.

No laundry service on site. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, i was told at 530pm that the room was not ready, they informed me no laundry on site. They directed me to the laundry mat a mile down the street. No extra pillows. Oh well. Staff was a little bit rude. Not the worst, not the best.
