The room was so nice, loved the extra black out measures taken around the window and the curtain dividing the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The bathroom door was broken and the staff made sure it was fixed promptly.

Good 1 day stay

Check in was a breeze. We came right before midnight and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Large room with comfortable king size bed. Sofa was also cozy. The only thing was the shower head looked dirty, the caulking was coming off, the shower curtain was grimy. Breakfast was really good though.

This was only a one-night stay, but upon arrival, the concierge was a pleasure to work with. She was upbeat positive, and after learning that stairs wouldn't be a preferred option, she adjusted my room, and then offered that there were foam rollers and a hot tub to help loosen myself up. It was a touch of empathy that wasn't expected. The room was really clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love H2 Suites hotels, but this one will have my business again.

Right when you walk in the front doors hotel smells really nice! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was a little outdated. The soap dispenser in the shower the front piece kept falling off. Room was clean
