Made reservation with wrong date.

I arrived with my confirmation and told the desk clerk(Alex) about my reservation. He checked and wasn't able to find it because i made a mistake and put the wrong date. Super nice and tried to help, but I had to correct it with Hotels.com. I was able get everything corrected in a few minutes over the phone. Room was clean, no carpet, which we liked. The noise in this area is loud with the traffic, and people driving through the parking lot thumping music.

I think the rooms can be cleaner. The bathroom door was dirty the vent in the bathroom was dusty. They can also have better pillows.

Property is well care gives that wonderful feeling of an old motel, but has been freshly remodeled and in great condition front desk clerk at midnight was awesome and super friendly the restaurant adjacent to the front lobby had really good breakfast and was not too unreasonable on the price all around was a great stay

It's clean and updated. Great for the price. Fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Clean, i liked the vinyl floors with area rug, wallpape, Keurig and daybed with a space for my suitcase.

Staff very accomodating and quick to respond to a minor service request we had. Due to winter season some amenities not available but would recommend and will return ourselves next time we have a trip to Reno. We do not generally do breakfast at the hotel so we did not miss that but for folks who want that - only a restaurant option available.

They have bed bugs, don't stay here

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it was always good until this last time. My room had bed bugs and I got biten. I'm so disgusted. I never dealt with this before. It was the most traumatic experience I ever had at a hotel. Just nasty.
