The hotel itself had one of the best equipped children’s pools and play facilities we have used. We have stayed at numerous Greek all inclusives over the years. Food was good but not spectacular, drinks were decent.

Go somewhere else
This is not a 5 star hotel, not only in terms of European standards, but also compared to other 5 star hotels in Rhodes, Crete etc.
One of our beds was broken, many facilities in the room were malfunctioning. The food was of very poor quality and the pools were filthy.

Nous avons été très déçu de notre chambre qui n’était pas comme sur les photos ebookers. Nous avons pris une piscine privé qui n’était pas vu sur jardin mais vu sur un mur d’un restaurant. Nous avons réclamé le changement de la chambre suite à des saletés dans la chambre dès notre arrivé (tâches blanches foncés sur le drap du matelas, oreiller sales remplis de poussières ainsi qu’un lavabo des toilette qui était cassé et deux lumière de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas).
Nous avons fait la réclamation à la réception de suite et ils nous ont répondu ; nous pouvons vous donner une chambre inférieure à la vôtre, il faut savoir que nous avions réservé une suite avec piscine privé et il voulait nous donner une chambre banale avec piscine privé. Donc un mauvais service en soi car il devait nous rétrograder et non nous mettre plus bas.
Suite à cela nous avons dû faire avec. Mais les jours on suivis et nous avons eu des problèmes avec la douche, le soir vers 19:30 l’eau chaude n’était pas présente nous avons eu de l’eau froide durant quelques jours.
Suite à ça notre piscine privé était pas propre nous avons vu surtout le soir avec les lumières dans la piscine qu’elle était remplit de jaune de tache jaune au fond de la piscine avec un fil dentaire qui flottait... rien que d’y penser j’en ai la chère de poule !
Je suis vraiment déçue car nous étions content de partir en vacances dans un si « bel » hôtel...
on avait all exclusive et chaque jour les plats étaient identiques
