Excellent place to stay and quiet neighborhood

It was a great overall and the place is clean! The front desk person was very friendly. Excellent continental breakfast! And the only thing we could enjoy was the pool because it would be open so late . The rest I can't complain. Everything was great

There was dust and fingerprints everywhere, im the bathroom there was brown dust in the corners. The corner of the walls were black (mold?). Never again for us.

The road noise from being so close to I-95 was a little annoying. Elevator floors were dirty, water in shower had an odor when it first came on but it was ok. There was some gunk on the shower walls so it could have been cleaner. Most disappointing was the very strong smell of marijuana outside the front door when walking in the second evening I was there. Later that evening it seemed to be drifting in a little through the air conditioning. Overall the stay was ok but I’m sure there are better options in the area.

Their hot tub actually worked jets strong and hot tub hot. Our only suggestion is they should have a map that can show where eateries,stores etc...are at we were defintely pleased with our stay

The listing online says it has on-site guest laundry but it doesn’t. I planned my week-long trip with the plan to do laundry mid-week, however I arrived and found out I had to go to a laundromat. There were no convenient laundromats available and the one open 24 hours was several miles away. Super inconvenient and this misleading amenity should be changed on all media platforms. Other than that, the stay was great.

If I could give ZERO stars I would we arrived and our room was the only one left. After a long day of traveling from FL all we wanted was rest. The room was dirty and reaked of mildew. The lobby and counters were dirty. The bathroom toilet looked like someone had just used it after a Taco Bell marathon and had their dog sitting their next to them and left wads of dog hair on the floor. Shower was not clean. Went down immediately to talk to front desk only to be met with no other room option and being told housekeeping had left already. After repeated requests to get the mgr involved she said, I guess I can go clean it for you, manager probably wouldn't approve a refund. WHAT???!?!?!?! DISGUSTING. horrible service for an outdated dirty hotel. No laundry as advertised on Expedia. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BOOKING HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE IT WILL BE VALUED. EXPEDIA DID NOTHING TO HELP. USE ANOTHER PLATFORM I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN.
