This stay was very underwhelming and not worth the price at all. The pool is listed as heated but the water was freezing and the pool area itself was freezing (no heat on). The hot tub is closed. There were no towels by the pool either and I asked the lady and the front desk but towels were never brought. The lady at the front desk was not helpful. To make it worse the room had no hot water and the water pressure was non-existent. Horrible.

Staff was wonderful. Our room keys had to be recharged 3x and then our door had to be recharged that was a little annoying and did not realize he had to request housecleaning to come.

We arrived at 2:30 pm for check-in, and they informed us that we needed to return at 3 pm. We went to eat and came back at 4. We had an event we needed to shower and get ready for. The clerk said, “You are so lucky, we have one more room. It will be 5 minutes “. I responded, “Lucky? I paid for the room already.” I came back in 5 minutes, and he said, “We don’t have any rooms, it’s going to be 30 minutes. I can store your stuff.” We had to get ready for an event. When my partner arrived, the clerk’s whole demeanor changed, and he was actively working on getting us a room. He said getting a room through a third-party vendor like Expedia does not guarantee that you will get a room. He tried to pawn off two full-size beds when we had reserved a king. We finally got a room a few hours after check-in. If my partner weren’t there, I don’t think he would have given me a room.

Worst stay of my life

There was nothing pleasant about this stay. I stay in hotels living out of my suitcase for work over 100+ days a year. This stay, was the worst stay in my life. Fire in the pool area Alarm malfunctioned and wasn’t shut down for hrs causing high screeching alarms in the halls, corridors and even louder in the. Rooms. My anxiety and comfort were tested at their highest levels. The bath shower also screeched when show went on. The toilet flush chain snapped and the water tank over flowed. The elevator was slow and one was out of order permanently I’ve stay at some half star seedy hotels, there were 5star compared to this nightmare AVOID AT ALL COST.

The water pressure was absolutely terrible, I asked front desk for little garbage bags so I could pick up for house cleaning before I left They had none but big bags so I told Him I would take a big bag and he cut it small but cut it way to small. Paid 40 extra for a crappy breakfast I wanted to take to my room and eat and it and it was kind of a issue.
