Staff was friendly. This was my first time staying at this location so I don't know if it was just my room that was odd or if it's all of them. No trash can in my room, just a recycling bin that I had to move into the bathroom to use for trash. The fridge was located under the bathroom sink. No plug for my hair straightener on the counter. Had to plug it in under the sink by the fridge. The shower was just a shower curtain and a drain, no tub or shower door to keep the water from getting into the rest of the bathroom. Barely anywhere in the shower for me to place my shower items. I travel a lot for work and one thing that helps me feel comfortable is being able to stream my shows. The TV was so old that it didn't have any streaming capabilities nor did it have an HDMI port where I could plug in a Firestick if I wanted to. I was disappointed by the room. It was close to 10PM when I arrived, so frankly I didn't have the energy to ask to be switched to a different room. The staff was very friendly when I was checking in.

This A Loft property has a great location which features their highly desirable minimalistic Zen style layout in their rooms. Extremely comfortable beds and super slick new bathroom fixtures and shower space with a pocket doors featuring a full length plate glass mirror. Housekeeping runs a tidy ship. Guest services was Laynie & Ava, genuinely friendly and capable counter personnel Five star accommodations and a stellar experience at just the right price.

Place looks neat but your money will be wasted.

We did not even get to check in till about 5pm because they had no cleaning staff. Our room included breakfast which was the most confusing part by far. Each person received $10 worth of breakfast and most breakfast items we about $7 each said you couldn't get a breakfast food item and a juice without going over and all items up front weren't even priced so we kept having to ask the lady up front how much the items were so we didnt go over. The bar is only open 5-10pm so which we waited on our room till 5 we couldn't even have a drink while we waited and then once we returned from our concert the bar was closed at 10pm? This hotel seems like a fancy/nice place and they try but its just not there. We were supposed to get 2 queen beds but I am most certain they were only full sized beds. Also no microwave in our room to warm up our leftovers. We will never stay again.
