The room was big and airy. The pillows were the best I've ever had at a hotel. The beds were comfy, room service was excellent and the staff was, at every turn from check in through to check out, was friendly and helpful. They made us feel like they appreciated us. Also, BTW, hotel guests have their own entrance to the San Diego Padres' ballpark.

I had a great stay at the Omni San Diego Hotel. The hotel is situated nearby the Gaslamp district which makes it convenient for walking, the rooms are spacious and modern, with lovely attention to detail in the decor, the staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. I would highly recommend it.

The front desk staff was courteous and helped us check in and check out smoothly. The Fresh.Co staff was also friendly. We loved the fact that the cafe offered plant-based options for our family. The food was fresh and flavorful. This is one of our favorite hotels in San Diego.
