I’ve stayed here countless times b/c my son goes to USD. I live the property and the rooms, but on this last visit we switched rooms because the first room had a view of the parking lot. The second room had a better view but smelled like mildew. It seems like the propert is getting a bit run down.

Great location! Our room was perfectly set on the Bayside with a large grass area in front of us. We are also a short distance to the Pool, which was great for the kids. Would definitely recommend for someone in the future.

Beautiful resort and plenty for adults. Proximity to everything was great. We had a kid with us to more kid friendly food options would have been great! Otherwise we will be back!

Loved the proximity to the water. The property is large, open and beautiful. Very safe, we had bikes with us and they even let us know we had left unsecured and they could hold up front for us. Most of the staff were amazing, the bartenders were not as welcoming or friendly.
