The rooms are old and dusty not maintained properly. The shower drain didn’t work the water was clogged and the toilet was flowing water constantly. They shifted us to another room which had issue with shower diffuser which didn’t switch.

Generally satisfying. Clean. Room cleaners did not make the bed properly. That was the only nuisance. No free parking. Had to pay 20 dollars for parking.

Great Place to Stay, Friendly Staff

We stayed at Sheraton La Jolla a couple of times already, so we kind of knew what to expect. Staff were great. From front desk to housekeeping staff, everyone was corteous and helpful. The lobby is very spacious. If i had time to rest i would have sat down in the lobby. Sheraton Mission Bay is very close to Mission Beach and Sea World . Its the reason why we picked it. What we also loved is there is a Target accros it with a lot of restaurants, an AMC. My only nit pick was i wish they had complimentary coffee in the lobby where you just pour or dispense. I really dont like messing with the coffee makers in the room. They had coffee in the lobby but you had to pay for it. Sometimes after a long drive i just want a warm beverage. But thats my only nit pick. Staff was great, friendly. I am bookmarking this hotel as we would be frequenting San Diego more with our son. We might even come back soon for 4th of July.
