Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very lively bar area and lots of people enjoying the nightlife. Reception was efficient but friendly. I arrived late and left early so didn't have as much time there as I would have liked. Parking is easy but expensive at $45 a night. Expect to queue for service at the bar and for coffee etc

Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Somehow I had two RSVP upon check-in, but they quickly addressed the issue. The room's great view (#2524) was dampended had was the last one at the end of the hallway (#2524), and is smaller than other rooms. Would have been nice to know that...I would have taken another room.

The location and easy parking were definitely a plus. However, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. Despite booking our room months in advance, we were told at check-in that the room we reserved was no longer available and we were downgraded due to the hotel being “fully booked.” This is completely unacceptable. When a reservation is made well in advance, especially with a reputed hotel chain like IHG, guests should not be penalized for the hotel’s overbooking or poor management. We expected better standards and reliability.

This is a city location. The driveway was large enough for three cars across and that made check-in easier. Parking was $55+ with in/out pass. We stayed for the city view and it was great. Do not take a room by the elevators if you have sensitive hearing—loud mechanical sounds 24/7. We drove everywhere, so we didn’t explore the area. We could see a Trader Joe’s a few blocks away;) We would stay here again, if the price is right.
