I spent time in one of the suites. The rooms were very well appointed, and spacious. Both of the TVs in the suite did not work, so bring your own entertainment. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fresh coffee, so that was a plus.

The breakfast didn't have much variety, but the room was clean which was very nice. The initial smell made it feel a bit old, but the place had an undeniable rustic charm. There is unlimited free water (ask staff about it) and the staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful for our stay. It's a great stay for the location, especially since it's only a 10 minute walk to Japantown.

very cute and quaint hotel rooms, they were small but worth their value! the breakfast was exactly what i would expect from a free breakfast, but i cannot complain. service was excellent, all of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, rooms were clean. location was very ideal, walking distance from japantown and central to many yummy eateries, and the filmore district! overall, worth its value and i would book here again :)

The room and hotel was amazing. Staff was the best I've ever experienced. Breakfast was top notch. The only complaint I would have is there is no parking at the location It was a 4 block walk to the parking garage. I wouldnt take alot of luggage there.

Everything was great, staff was very courteous, and helpful. Room was great, and very relaxing with a wonderful bed. Breakfast choices needs an up grade. The hotel needs to connect with a closer parking garage for convenience of patrons staying at the hotel. Cleanliness of room stood out as well as the report with desk staff who were very helpful.
