Superou todas as nossas expectativas, extremamente limpo, apesar de parecer antigo, a decoração é bonita e clássica, muito proximo a Japantown, onde tivemos nosso primeiro almoço. Definitivamente, vale a visita. O hotel está localizado num bairro tranquilo de fácil acesso a tudo, andando, de ônibus ou Lyft. O staff foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã também, a nível San Francisco é um diferencial, é muito bem servido e funcional. Eles disponibilizam também água quente, chás, cafés e garrafas de água aos hóspedes ao longo do dia. Adoramos e voltaríamos com certeza!

Old hotel but well maintained. Plumbing a bit iffy. On-street rooms could be a bit noisy. Our room 305 was quite cramped. Breakfast of motel quality. Safe location.

Hotel is very old. Not much furniture in the rooms (king bed suite and double twin room). All the floors and stairway tilt. Mini fridge was in the bathroom. No central heat or air conditioning. Heat is provided by a Dyson fan and air conditioning by a little R2D2 looking thing, Breakfast is truly awful- cheap bagels, dry cereal and hard boiled eggs

The staff was excellent and it was nice to have free breakfast available in the mornings. But this is an older building and noise from the street was extremely loud even on the 4th floor. The shower was temperamental and so was the TV. We wished there was a hot tub. I would plan to stay in a newer building next time.

The staff here was great. Always available and attentive. My only complaint was my room floor was essentially a bowl. Will how curved everything was. Loved everything else though! The complementary breakfast was also a nice feature.

I always enjoy my stay here because it reminds me of my Grandmother. Antique furniture, classic old building etc. The staff are all very nice and the rooms are clean. This place is not impeccable; it's more like a well worn tailor made suit. That being said, in some of the rooms I have stayed in the internet doesn't really work that well. They gladly changed my room when I told them. Otherwise I wish the restaurant was open but most of the time I go out to eat so I'm ok with that.
