Staff was exceptional being very patient, friendly & accommodating. Was able to pay little extra for later checkout & worth it since able to freely enjoy 2nd day of Chinatown festival. Room was private (having no room behind so offered headboard lighting & extra city view). Loved soothing, tea-scented toiletries. Excellent & enjoyable hotel stay (again much attributed to outstanding professional lobby staffers).
