Wonderful and friendly staff. Inside the room was not bad but hallway leading to the room was very worn out and run-down. The location was ideal for exploring Fisherman’s Wharf. I felt safe but the hotel needs to be seriously revitalized.

The hotel was probably nice when it was first built . Good views and close to the warf but Now it’s outdated , even the upgrades or remodels they’ve done are not good quality, poorly done. Almost no amenities except for the coffee maker in your room. Not enough parking for guests had to pay extra to park 3 blocks away. Sidewalk and street is littered with garbage everywhere , many homeless hanging out across the street. For the same price you can stay at a luxurious hotel in the city and just walk or take a ride to where you want to go. Will never stay here again unfortunately. Pictures online look way better than it does in person. They need to close down and actually update their property to modern standards and then they could charge more for the location alone. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the city so far this one was most disappointing. Price is not worth what you get. If you’re used to staying in dirty motel 6’s you might like this place. The staff was nice atleast !

Comfortable Bed

Bed was very comfortable, I was very disappointed that when I got there they told me there was no parking and I had to find somewhere for my car around the neighborhood. I ended up paying over $60 to park.
