We stayed in the exact same room as last year. The floor was dirty. The sink faucet was really loose and the door handle for handicap was not usable it was drilled in to the wood like they Jerry rigged it. It seemed worse than last time. Plus they didn’t tell us they charged for the buffet breakfast you just walk in and they ask for your room number but that’s it.

Great room. Beautifully clean room. Very helpful and knowledgeable Concierges. Tesla EV chargers on site fabulous! Wonderful experience. Great location. I will recommend them to friends and family. We went to see IL VOLO at The San Jose Civic Auditorium. The hotel was perfect for us.

This hotel was surrounded by all the business buildings. The property seemed cleaned and functionalal, however parking was $21 a night and $11 for breakfast. This was unusual since Hyatt place that we stayed in other cities included these fees or free. Overall it is good for 2 nights stays.

Nice, clean hotel !!

I enjoyed the hotel and the location to the airport was perfect. However! When I went down to get dinner, I was told that the cook had called off and no dinner was available....could I please walk over to Dennys!! Thank goodness it was only a 7 minute walk and it wasn't cold out. And the person at the desk was very apologetic but that was one of the main reasons I stay at HGI!! I don't have to leave the property!!

Parking fee and breakfast charge

Past year, I stoped staying after room cleanness issue. Tried to give it a try but new policy will definitely keep me from coming back- already know about parking charges but now $25 for breakfast?

Business center did not work. There was a homeless person in the lobby whom the worker was very mean to. Very thing was outdated and not clean.

We've stay at this location before and they ise to serve feee breakfast. This we were informed that they charge $11.99 for breakfast, on top of our room cost and parking cost. Plus our restroom shower had hair probably from the previous stay. Not a happy customer 😒
